Over the last few years of working together, Chris has expressed how much he loved going on our workplace’s annual amusement park trips. Since the early 2000’s I had arranged park trips for our workplace, which employed about 100 people in total. Generally, about 20-30 people would go on these trips and they are always a hit. Chris had been attending these trips since 2017 when we made our way to Dorney Park. He had never been, like a number of our other coworkers.

In 2018 we visited Kings Dominion as I just HAD to ride Twisted Timbers. Most of us spent the day riding that, Dominator, Intimidator 305, and Flight of Fear.

In 2019, our most attended trip, with over 60 people, saw us visit Knoebels. Most of my coworkers had never heard of Knoebels, but they all ended up loving it by the time we left! Chris was one of those people, spending lots of time riding the rides with some of the site’s other Flight Crew members such as Jason, Brad, Elaina, Kayla, Renee, Sam, Mindy, Mailyn, and myself. 

For 2020 we made our way to Hersheypark, so we could all ride Candymonium. We went not too long after the ride had opened to the public and the staff, especially the site’s crew members, were really looking forward to the park’s newest ride. We also made sure to get in rides on Skyrush, Great Bear, Fahrenheit and the site’s other coasters too,. Sadly, that was the same season when Storm Runner was down for the entirety of the year. Oh well, that means we’ll just have to go back, which I’m certain we will.
