Eric and I have known each other for many years now. We met on the job and Eric would often attend the annual amusement park trips I organized for our workplace. We would visit parks like Kings Dominion, Hersheypark, and Six Flags Great Adventure (SFGAdv).

A few years ago both Eric and I would find employment elsewhere. We stayed in touch, but with our schedules and the pandemic, we didn’t get to do much together. Fast forward a few years and both Eric and I would return to the job where we met. Since then we’ve been making up for lost time visiting parks like Knoebels and Busch Gardens Williamsburg (BGW). 

To date, we’ve managed to visit most of the parks in this region. We’re hoping to venture out a little further in the future to others. I’d love to get him to Cedar Point, Kings Island, and Holiday World. With Eric being such a huge fan of Knoebels, I know he’d also appreciate places like Indiana Beach, Camden Park, and some of the other smaller, non-chain parks out there.

Like Chris, Jason, and myself, Eric is an avid pin collector, so we also have that in common – along with a bunch of nerd culture items like comics and movies. To say Eric fits right in with the rest of the crew is an understatement. He’s already friends with a number of the crew who either work with us or once did. He’s also met Greg and Chris and we had a blast hitting all the coasters of BGW together. Here’s to many more trips moving forward!
